We take packaging seriously. Authentic African crafts are often fragile and irreplaceable — we ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Tracking: All international orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will investigate with the courier and, where necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
